The two day jump start is pricey, yes, but you learn a lot about the product you might not otherwise. If you call the support line you get a human being who knows the guts of the product in less than a minute. Need to do something that Casper doesn't have built in? Write a script for it in your language of choice, and Casper will push it out, no problem.Īnd, seriously, I love their support. One of my favorite things about Casper is how it builds around existing tools on the Mac - it extends your reach and makes things easier without getting in the way, to put it differently. 25 Macs does seem like a low number to start, but at the same time there is some serious value in getting things setup early if you plan to grow. I'm a huge fan of it - simple to use, powerful, great customer support. I manage a Casper Suite instation managing around 600 Macs at this point.
